- All customers must have a consultation before entering into an agreement with Marisa Hartshorn SEO.
- Our services require information and collaboration from the business owner.
- To continuously improve the SEO of your website, a monthly meeting will be required between Marisa Hartshorn SEO and the business owner or representative. This can take place via Teams or in person (for business owners based in Barrow-in-Furness and a 10 mile radius). If you cannot attend a scheduled meeting, you can cancel free of charge with 24 hours’ notice. If you fail to cancel within this time period or fail to attend, you will be changed a £10 fee.
- Website creation plans start from £400. The exact cost will be quotes following consultation and will be depend on the complexity of the design and time required to successfully build the site.
- The Bronze SEO Package is priced at £200per/month. This amount will be taken on a direct debit basis automatically on the same day each month. Any Silver or Gold add-ons included in your plan will also be taken on a direct debit basis on the same day each month.
- You can cancel payments at any time or take a break from payments. If you choose to cancel or freeze, the next payment will be taken from your account as planned and then payments will cease. Work for the month following your final payment will continue.
- We do not accept cash payments. All payments must be paid online via Marisa Hartshorn SEO website.
- Marisa Hartshorn SEO reserves the right to cancel contracts with one months’ notice for any reason.
- I will work with you to put together an effective SEO strategy for your business. SEO is however unpredictable and there is no guarantee of results. Business owners must also understand that SEO implementation takes time and it can take 6-12 months to see results.
- If you wish to make a complaint, this must be submitted in writing to Marisa Hartshorn via enquire@marisa-hartshorn-seo.com. Once the complaint is received, Marisa Hartshorn SEO have 14 days to review and respond to the complaint. Responses to complaints will be sent in writing.
- We do not offer refunds.
